By accessing or using the Kleverr website and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows when they were revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You may use the site for lawful purposes related to esports information, tournaments, and community features we provide. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, scrape the site in a way that harms performance, or use it for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.

Some features require signing in with Steam via our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Steam account secure. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms were violated or the service was misused.

Match results, rankings, blogs, and other content are provided for information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data (including third-party or synced data) is complete or error-free. You must not post or transmit content that infringes rights, is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful. Tournament registrations and team data you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Kleverr eSports Association is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Links to third-party sites (including streaming and social platforms) are not under our control.
