This website is operated by Kleverr eSports Association (“Kleverr E-sporta Biedrība”, registration No. 400083298441), Slokas iela 142-27, Rīga, LV-1069, Latvia. Depending on how you use the site, we may process: • Account data when you sign in with Steam (e.g. Steam ID, display name, avatar URL, and session identifiers managed by our authentication provider). • Data you provide when registering for tournaments or managing teams (e.g. team and player information submitted through forms). • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information in server logs for security and troubleshooting. • Analytics data about how pages are used, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

We use strictly necessary cookies for core functionality (for example language preference and sign-in sessions). These cannot be disabled through our cookie banner. If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies (such as _ga) and process usage data according to your choice. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site cookies or using your browser settings. Rejecting analytics cookies means GTM and related analytics tags are not loaded. Sponsored banner interactions may send events to the data layer only when analytics is accepted.

We process data to operate the website, provide authentication and tournament features, secure our systems, and—only with your consent—for analytics to improve the service. We retain personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Session and log data are kept for limited periods appropriate to security and operations.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or your local supervisory authority.
